Our Journey

The Story Behind Brad Paradee

Founded from a passion for technology that emerged in high school, Brad Started his entry into the IT world by building computers with his friends as a hobby turned career path. When Brad was young he learned that he wouldn’t need wait to save up to buy a copy of Windows but that he could get a different Operating System, one called Linux that was free and open-source which would spark the passion for learning all things IT in Brad.

During Brads Junior year in High School he was selected to participate in the Vocational education program at Century College where he was entered into College level computer science courses. Before his senior year Brad would become the class Ambassador for his program and receive a certificate of excellence from the department head along with a certification equivalent to the CCNA A+.

In 2013 Brad got a job working at Geek Squad as a customer services representative. This position would be the bedrock from which he would build his professional career on as Brad realized the stereotypes that most IT admins lacked a customer centric mentality. Over the 5 years that Brad worked in Geek Squad he would move his way up the ranks to eventually becoming the Lead Advanced Repair Agent which made him responsible for overseeing the Geek Squad team in his store while the manager was not in the store.

In 2017 Brad would move on from Geek Squad where he would become the Help Desk Technician.
